ok i'll bite. let's start with const philosophy. I'm more of a traditionalist and i'm working on a cottage design around 2400 sqft at a cost of 180k. i'll be building it myself and hoping for a final value of 250k-280k (in SC, thats a nice, reasonably priced home. My wife likes a formal DR & breakfast. I'd prefer a single semi-formal DR between the kitchen and GR. what are your thoughts? need more info?
