Russia should be aware of Bridge of Hope and Cradle of Hope. Bridge of Hope is a way for American families to test run Russian children before they adopt them. Under the guise of an exchange program, Bridge of Hope brings Russian orphans to America where American families check them out for health problems, mental problems, and personality disorders. If the kids are in good shape, then the Americans adopt them. If not, they send them back. If the Americans decide they want to adopt them, Bridge ofHope put on its other name and becomes Cradle of Hope. Cradle of Hope shammed the Russian Ministry of Education into beleivig it was an honest adoption agency. Our orphanage directors knows about it too. The Russian orphanage directors know the program and assist Cradle of Hope with their sham.
