Married to Supageordiewoman. 3 children from my first, last, and current marriage. 1 lazy whippet dog called Monti. I work in dark satanic mill for a living trying to beat quality into the world with my bare hands. This is my running log of 2006 which describes my last year as a mediocre senior category runner prior to veteran status, culminating in the Berlin Marathon in September. Out of sweat and tears I will forge a new and better me.....and set an example to Monti
