This site takes unpublished decisions of the Eleventh Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals and demonstrates how they are used to conceal the misconduct of U.S. Dist. Judge Donald L. Graham. This site documents egregious judicial misconduct of Judge Graham that includes, but is not limited to, abusing the contempt process by rendering a clearly void order and then making that void order the sole basis for a criminal contempt complaint and conviction. Judge Graham has lied and intentionally misrepresented the law. Judge Graham has engaged in a pattern and practice that is an affront to clearly established law. Judge Graham frequently ignores edicts set forth by the U.S. Supreme Court. Consistent with their effort to hide Judge Graham's behavior from public scrutiny, the Eleventh Circuit engages in dishonesty behavior and tactics. The Eleventh Circuit has had to create "junk law" in order to sustain and give legitimacy to its decisions.
