After 20 years I've decided to kick my 20-a-day smoking habbit. This blog is hopefully going to serve to anchor me in my quest and maybe provide some focus for me which will help me quit successfully. I will be giving up using the "Cold Turkey" method.
I feel I must say - although I have quit smoking I do not believe in preaching to others. I have quit smoking because I need to. I respect the rights of others to do whatever they wish with their own lives.
