This publication began as Information Security Management Notes in 2002. The focus was strictly on the issues and concerns of non-technology business executives and managers charged with developing and implementing a practical, cost effective information security infrastructure. In January 2004, I decided to transition beyond the single focus on Information Security. The focus will now be anything that interests me - politics, the future (e.g. globalization and the resulting trans-national problems), information (technology, data gathering, knowledge sharing) or the odd one-off post. There is no specific starting point. I am just going to begin asking questions, do some research, dig up some answers and see where it leads.
