There are sales issues that almost every organization encounters but still seem to go relatively unaddressed...things like pipeline management and forecasting, crisp positioning, driving to need, sales process issues, wasting time when there is no chance of a sale, activity management, and using technology like CRM.
My weblog focuses on exploring these issues and tactics in order to overcome them. My experiences in sales, both past and present, will be the basis for discussions on the matters greatly plaguing today's sales organizations.
