My first food blog entry was in July 2006. When I had been writing a couple of months at Janika’s Menu blog , I decided to create JaniCuisine in Swedish. People seemed to like reading it, and seeing pictures - which was great, because I myself loved putting new recipes there, and posting pictures.
Today, July 29 2007, is a big premier for my English version of JaniCuisine.
As I already mentioned, I love food; cooking it and eating it, smelling it and seeing it. It is a passion for me.
Since I grew up with traditional Finnish and Swedish food, I am now teaching myself to use more flavors in the food I am cooking. I try to use my imagination as I create and try out new recipes. All that, is a real fun experience - and I am happy to share it all with You.
