I'm a chef, YaYa, and a single mom of 2. My passion is cooking, baking, and playing with chocolate. I love history, both ancient and recent. Archaeology is most fascinating to me. Ancient Egypt, ancient Greece, and the Roman Empire will grab my attention with a quickness. I am fanatical in regards to nutrition, organic foods, and cannot stand the thought of GMO, transgenic, or Franken foods, whichever name you prefer.
