Thanks For Dropping By!
I usually post a new image two or three times a week. Consider checking out my video guides page for free Photoshop tutorials. New tutorials are added regularly.
Currently I live with my wife and two kids in the Seattle area. I have been a photographer for over ten years. I have spent most of that time shooting with several different Canon 35mm cameras. My experience ranges from wedding and portrait work to crime scene photography. I particularly enjoy the solitude of shooting landscapes.
In 2005, I switched from film to digital and never looked back! I love the control you have over digital photography -from painstakingly setting up a shot to the digital post processing. My typical workflow includes basic levels, curves, saturation and sharpening adjustments. I work hard to capture the feeling and emotion of whatever I am photographing in my post processing. Since life is all about learning, I always welcome comments and constructive feedback. You can leave a comment about a specific image or send me an email.
Most of the photographs posted on Paxton Prints are digital images taken with a Canon 20D in RAW format and processed in Photoshop CS2. I also occasionally shoot with a Holga. Many of my images are available by request for non-profit use (e.g. churches, etc.). I just ask is that you send me a request and tell me what you intend to use the image for. My work is also available for commercial projects. Feel free to contact me for more information.
Thanks!

Which application did you use for processing those images? The light is amazing? Is that natural?
