(i think im going to do a little series of posts about certain people that have/are impacting my life)
Everyone…meet Justin
(he’s been mentioned on my blog a number of times before)

Justin has been a good friend of mine for quite a while now. We first met in college and began leading worship together at retreats and a college thing called refuge. He’s been very vital in starting this church and has been helping in the development of it from the beginning.
He’s honest and encouraging (a tough combo) and is probably the best drummer/pad/norde electro player I know (yes he plays all three during our worship services). In addition to serving in the church by using his gifts, he also serves those in need. He works at homeless shelter in town as his full-time job (which isn’t always easy, by-the-way). He’s been teaching the leadership a lot about helping the homeless in a responsible and Biblical way, as well as, showing us which shelters do certain things (which is always helpful to us and the homeless).
Anyway, if you haven’t had the chance to spend much time with Justin (and you live around little rock), you need to. He can give you some great pointers in life and may even change your view just a tad.
bh carroll theological institute is the seminary i’m attending…i really love the layout and philosophy of the school.
there’s no main campus…
no dorm…
no grassy lawn you have to pay from your tuition to get cut…
(which mean very reasonable prices for classes)
their “main campus” are a community of churches across texas and arkansas and their professors are pastors (with acceptable credentials of course)…
i’m not going to go through all the in and outs of why i really like it…but i will say that i’ve been challenged and have learned more than i have in quite a while…i suggest anyone who lives around the area and have been debating on going to seminary…go here…you won’t regret it…
i decided to take my camera yesterday to class…here a few…
