Vermicelli with chicken

Cut chicken and put it into a dish. Cut onions and put them into the dish. Cover the dish and put it into the microwave oven for 20-25 minutes. Put some oil to fry pan, add dry vermicelli and start frying until they get brown. Then add some boiling water and stew vermicelli for 10 minutes. Serve with cucumbers, tomatoes, dill, green onions.


Ingredients:
500 g of chicken fillet
1 onion
500 g of vermicelli
2 cucumbers
2 tomatoes
dill
green onions

Potatoes with pork

Cut pork and put it with oil to the pressure cooker. Salt the pork and start frying it. Peel and cut onions, add to the pork and mix. Fry for 10 minutes with open lid. Peel and cut potatoes, add to the pressure cooker. Add, salt, spices and water. Boil for 30 minutes.


Ingredients:
700 g of pork
1-2 onions
1.5 k of potatoes

Stuffed eggs

Boil eggs for 10 minutes. Peel and cut onion. Fry the onion. When eggs are boiled, cool them down under cold water. Peel them and cut each along into two halves. Take the yolk from each half and mash them with fried onions and mayonnaise. Put the stuffing back on the eggs.


Ingredients:
10 eggs
1 onion
100 ml of mayonnaise

Salad with rusks

Cut celery cabbage, put it into the bowl and press a little bit. Cut and add cucumbers. Cut and add tomatoes. Cut and add green onions, dill and parsley. Cut bread to cubes of 1 cm, toast them and add to the bowl. Add salt and oil and mix everything.


Ingredients:
500 f of celery cabbage
2-3 cucumbers
1-2 tomatoes
5-7 green onions
dill
parsley
rusks

Pasta with broccoli

Boil water in saucepan. Put pasta into the saucepan, add salt and stir. Boil pasta for 10-12 minutes. Cut bacon and fry them in the fry pan. Add broccoli to the fry pan and fry everything for 5 minutes. Put the saucepan under cold water, then pour out water and put the pasta into fry pan for 3 more minutes.


Ingredients:
500 g of pasta
200 g of bacon
300 g of broccoli

Shrimps in spices

Put boiled and frozen shrimps into saucepan and pour water in. Add salt, basil, oregano, dill, parsley, and any spices for sea food. Mix everything. Leave for an hour for ice to melt, then stir everything again thoroughly. Take shrimps out of water. Serve with Ukrainian beer :-)


Ingredients:
2 k of boiled and frozen shrimps
4 tablespoons of salt
basil
oregano
dill
parsley
spices for sea food
