There was a research done in 2005 that says 60 percent of home buyers are using the internet to get property buying information and that has increased now a days. Why are home buyers turning to the web before talking to their real estate agents? For that reason, any real estate companies using real estate software will provide maximum return on technology investment.

Pinoy Designer had done search engine optimization for various keywords relating to Dubai Property and since most of our clients are real estate companies, I was thinking of creating our own real estate software system which is affordable and easy to use. A complete office management system encompassing all front and back office needs.

A Content Relationship Management or CRM that will handle all the companies customer contact information. Information in the system can be accessed and entered by employees in different departments, such as sales, marketing, listings, customer service, training, professional development, performance management, human resource development, and compensation. The software will be design to improve services provided directly to customers and to use the information in the system for targeted marketing.

But first we will do a review of those Dubai real estate software sold in the web and ask some property brokers what exactly their business needs. Creating this software needs their involvement because this will help them evaluate the investment potential of commercial, residential and mixed-use income properties. You can forecast revenues, expenses, financing, pass-throughs, cash flows, resale, rates of return, tax liabilities, partnership considerations and a good deal more. Then create compelling presentations for clients, partners and lenders.

Barack Obama has won the 2008 presidential election and will become the 44th president of the United States and the country's first African-American leader.

Profile: Barack Obama

Barack Hussein Obama II was born on August 4, 1961 in Hawaii. His mother, Ann Dunham, a white American from Kansas, met his Kenyan father, Barack Obama I, while they were studying together at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. His parents separated when Obama was two, and he barely knew his father, who died in an automobile accident in 1982.

In 1967, Obama's mother married Indonesian Lolo Soetoro, and the family moved to Jakarta, where Obama lived until he was 10. He has a half-sister Maya Soetoro-Ng.

Obama moved back to Hawaii in 1971 and lived with his maternal grandparents until he graduated from high school in 1979. A graduate of Columbia University, he entered Harvard Law School in 1988, where he served as the first African American president of the Harvard Law Review.

First elected to the Illinois Senate in 1996 Barack Obama served as an Illinois state senator for seven years before he was elected to the US State Senate in November 2, 2004.

He met his wife, Michelle Robinson, in June 1989. Obama has often recalled how she initially rejected his offers to date before finally giving in. They married on October 3, 1992.

The couple have two daughters, Malia Ann and Natasha (Sasha), who have become household figures through the campaign. Michelle has actively campaigned for her husband, often joining him on the campaign trail gathering support.

Obama's 2004 speech at the Democratic National Convention vaulted him to rock-star status. In it, he introduced himself to America as someone who hoped to bridge divisions, political and racial. In 2005, Obama featured on Times magazine's 100 most influential people in the world list.

On June 3, 2008, sixteen months after announcing his candidacy, Barack Obama officially became the Democratic nominee for the US presidency.

Obama worked as a community organiser for many of his formative years and has banked on that experience throughout his campaign. His first autobiography, "Dreams From My Father," details his search for identity and his efforts to connect with his father's roots in Africa. The1995 memoir showcased the lyrical writing style that would later mark some of his best-known speeches. It also helped to shape Obama's political identity.

Obama created further history October 29, 2008 with a 30 minute ad that aired across major national television networks. The glitzy production cost $3 million and was the most expensive ad in political history.

I am now back in Dubai after a long vacation in Philippines. Though most of days of my stay in Philippines was raining, I still enjoyed it because I had the chance to relax and be with my family without worrying of my work. We don't experience rainy season here in Dubai as most of the year is summer.  And I'm thankful that even without updating my blogs or site, I was still getting traffic and my ranking were still the same.

I will be upgrading my wordpress soon as well as changing my theme and will be posting general topics that will make this blog more informative and active.

Last Thursday was the first year anniversary of United Filipino Airsoft Club-Gulf Airsoft Federation ( UFAC-GAF ).

The celebration was held in Palma Beach Resort in Umm Al Quwain. Members of different teams have joined the party as well as their friends and families. The night was filled with fun because of the "Battle of the Bands" which consists of 8 groups from 8 teams.

A plaque of appreciation was given to UFAC's Chairman Ramses a.k.a Cuervo for all the effort he had given to make this club successful. Because of him, airsoft in Dubai has now a legal place to play at. Of course, thanks to all of us members!

Aim, shoot and have fun! Hoorah!!!

The first ever Philippine property show in Dubai will be held on September 26 & 27 2008 at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.

Our fellow Overseas Filipino Workers or OFW's, investors and residents of UAE who are planning to invest in the emerging markets in Asia like Philippines can now have a chance to attend a free investment seminars and project presentations.

This is definitely the best time to buy a residential condominium or a house and lot in the country while prices are still relatively lower compared to other Asian countries. Unlike other markets, the growth in Philippines real estate industry is driven by realistic demand from commercial and residential end-users and not by speculators. Such is a stable investment climate that attracts long-term investors from other countries. Filipinos are resilient investors who do not easily withdraw their investments in case of regional and global crisis.

Got this message on my email which was sent to me by a colleague. Originally it was from a lady named pinkdxbchampange. Just thought of sharing it. So here it goes…

Over a thousand Filipinos arrive in Dubai every month. And why not?

Literally, the sun shines here all year round; prosperity is in the air; and it's a place where people have reasons to dream of waking up in the morning as millionaires or with kilos of gold on their lap!

Yun nga lang, habang hindi pa nangyayari yun, iba ang nakikita ng maraming Pinoy pagdilat nila sa umaga — kurtina! Sideways…sidesteps  Hindi yan dance step. That's the latest move ngayon sa mga sharing flats. Sa sobrang liit ng space, patagilid ang galaw. Kaya minsan, mga ka-flatmates, hindi na magkakitaan. "Hoy, where have you been, ba? Hindi ka na umuuwi sa flat!" Kasi nga lagi silang naka-sideview!
