When it comes to getting the right quality of sleep for toddlers, it all boils down to how you lay down and of course which stuff you have lying around. But thanks to the efforts of groups like Cloud B which has worked in hand with pediatricians and specialists on the issue of sleeping, some new products to aid sleep were developed to help promote a safe, sound and healthy sleep for children, and subsequently their parents.
Leading the pack is a Twilight Sea Turtle, it not only provides people lights, sounds and smell but a reminder as well towards the endangered animals. So as a whole, it is a combination of putting together eco-friendly issues and getting the healthy sleep that kids and parents both need today.
Other items that are (or will be) available include the Polar Bear Cub, the Dozy Dolphin, and Penguin, all of which use some combination of soy-based and/or bamboo fabrics and hypo-allergenic stuffing.

Lower Jet Lag Issues with Pine Extracts
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung November 18th, 2008 in Health Issues, Insomnia, SLEEP News, Sleep Cures, Sleep Disorders.
Jet lag has long been a problem particularly for people who frequently travel. Changes in the time zone are often the problem and having to adjust sleep, sometimes extending just to adjust to the actual time schedule of the region you may be is a problem.
Now reverting back to the regular sleeping schedule may become an issue. In fact, it can be health risk as the need to address how your body can take such is in question. With that in mind, studies have found a solution to ease the problems brought about by jet lag and it comes in the form of pine extracts called Pyncnogenol.
While Pyncnogenol has been known to reduce problems like swelling of the brain and blot clotting they have been found as related to jet lag issues.

Recharging Sensibility With Sleep
0 Comments Published by Brian Yalung November 17th, 2008 in Health Issues, How to sleep better, SLEEP News, Sleep Disorders, Sleep Education.
Our brain can only take so much and at some point, we may have problems as far as memory issues, recalling certain events or even understanding a complicated task. Ideally, when we lack sleep, we feel haggard and long to lay back and try to reorganize our senses. Thanks to some studies conducted by the University of Chicago, it has been justified that getting the right amount of sleep does indeed help in memory problems and even bring you as far as recalling the past skills you once mastered.
“Sleep consolidated learning by restoring what was lost over the course of a day following training and by protecting what was learned against subsequent loss,” said Howard Nusbaum, Professor of Psychology at the University of Chicago, and a researcher in the study. “These findings suggest that sleep has an important role in learning generalized skills in stabilizing and protecting memory.”
The whole ordeal is quite simple. Abuse your body by sleeping less is also abusing your psychological capacity as well. With a well-rested mind through sleep, you will be amazed at the things you can do and the ease of improving your personal intellect as well.
