Taylor Hicks has lived, written music and often cooked in this one-bedroom apartment while starring in the Broadway production of "Grease."



"This apartment has been perfect for me and what I wanted to achieve," Taylor Hicks says of his Midtown rental.

"I wanted to write some music, have friends over, be comfortable and be close to Broadway."

The 1st stop on Taylor's next 'Trip Around The Sun' occurred last night on Taylor's Birthday!

I don't have cable so alas I wasn't able to watch it, but I have heard it was amazing ... not that I had any doubts!!  I've seen video clips from his Warfield Concert and his performance was HOT!! 

Will I have to wait to get my hands on the DVD sure hope not ... must find a way to see this ... wonder who I know who has this channel?
